Transaction will be implemented as follows - “Rambler” redeem the remaining 49.9% stake in CJSC “Begun” from the investment holding subsidiary company “Finam”, immediately after which Google will sell 100% - ing stake “Begun” for $ 140 million, of which $ 69.9 million will be received “Finamom”, in accordance with the terms of the transaction.
Net profit “Rambler” from the transaction to establish approximately $ 50 million after deducting direct costs associated with the transaction.
